Invest in purchase of UK Golf and Country Club Vacation Homes

This fund is to purchase six (6) vacation homes located in the the Sapey Golf and Country Club in Upper Sapey, Worchester, UK for the European expansion of the ResClubs Membership Program. Revenue will be generated through short term rentals via a large international property management company as well as various revenue streams tangential to the Membership Program. Investors who hit certain thresholds of contribution will also benefit from a usage component which will allow them to stay in one of the units at no cost of lodging.

The United Kingdom is the world's 10th biggest tourist destination, with over 37 million visiting in 2018. The tourism industry contributed a total of £213 billion to the GDP in 2017, which is expected to increase to £265 billion by 2028.
