This fund is to purchase 10 Two to Four Bedroom units in the Downtown subdivision of the Tulum Country Club in Tulum, Mexico for the expansion of the ResClubs Membership Program. Revenue will be generated through short term rentals via a large international property management company as well as various revenue streams tangential to the Membership Program. Investors who hit certain thresholds of contribution will also benefit from a usage component which will allow them to stay in one of the units at no cost of lodging.

- $10,000 investment will include 2 nights in Downtown – Tulum Country Club.
- $20,000 investment will include 4 nights in Downtown – Tulum Country Club.
- $50,000 investment will include 6 nights in Downtown – Tulum Country Club.
Note: The usage benefit will be for the first 5 people who invest at each level. The nights can only be used all for one stay, and must be used within one year of the acquisition date of the properties.
